REFUND POLICY
Each pair of sneakers in our store is hand-customized and made to order according to the customer’s individual requirements. Due to the custom nature of these products, the exception under Section 1837 of the Czech Civil Code applies, and it is therefore not possible to withdraw from the purchase contract within the standard 14-day period without giving a reason.
For this reason, products cannot be returned or exchanged due to:
- choosing the wrong size,
- change of mind,
- normal wear and tear.
We recommend checking your correct size before placing an order or contacting us for sizing assistance.
Complaints & Defective Products
Complaints can only be made in the case of a manufacturing defect or damage during delivery, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Damages During Delivery
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us without unnecessary delay so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
